The Shaw Phone Portal provides online access to Voicemail and other Shaw Home Phone features through a convenient and easy to use website. To start the process, please visit http://phone.shaw.ca to login or register for a new account.
To register for a new account, click Create an Account from the homepage mentioned above. To create a new account you will need to provide:
- Your phone number
- Your Shaw Account number (found on your bill)
- Your postal code
Follow the steps and input your information as prompted. After defining a Customer Center ID and password, you will be logged into the Customer Center and will see a menu on the left side of the screen (see below, left). Alternatively, by visiting http://phone.shaw.ca, you will be sent directly to the phone portal which is also available via the Communication tab in the Shaw menu bar present at the top of the Customer Center screen (below, right).
