To make use of this next-generation digital platform, customers will require a digital cable box for each television set in their home and, specific to their level of service and current hardware, some customers may also require a new modem for their internet service.

When To Connect Your New Digital Cable Box
As each of the below areas is updated for the Digital Network Upgrade, there is a specific point in time where the systems will be ready for the new digital boxes. If a customer connects their new digital cable box before the date and time outlined below, the hardware will not function. Please see the below schedule for more details. Each area has a specific date and time (2 pm on the indicated date) after which their new hardware can be connected. Customers in areas not listed below can connect their new digital boxes at their convenience.
