Customer Centre allows you to view your bill online, manage your account, and gain access to various Shaw features such as Shaw Secure - powered by McAfee. From here you can also modify your automatic payment options, as well as access a printer friendly version of your bill.
To Sign up for Customer Centre, simply visit our registration webpage through this link: Customer Centre Registration. Here you will need to authorize your information by providing us with your phone and account numbers, as well as your postal code. Detailed steps on this process can be found below.

Full Steps for Customer Centre Registration
- Open your web browser and in the address bar type https://secure.shaw.ca
- Click Create an Account
- Enter your Shaw phone number and click Verify Account. (If you do not know your account number, please refer to the paper or electronic copy of your bill, shown at the bottom of this document)
- Enter your account number, postal code and phone number, then click Continue
- Enter your desired Customer Centre ID and password, and enter the password again to confirm. Click Register. For more information on how to create a secure password that meets the Customer Centre minimum requirements, please see: Customer Centre Password Requirements
You can obtain your account number by referencing your Shaw bill, as per the picture below:
If you have lost or forgotten your Customer Centre login credentials you can select the Forgot Your Password link from the Customer Centre Account login page. Once there, you will be prompted to enter your phone number, account number and postal code and then will be required to setup a new Customer Centre password to confirm account recover.
