Shaw eBill is fast, easy, and convenient!

Shaw eBill is the fast, easy, and convenient way to handle your monthly bill statements online and lets you access your Shaw bills online through My Account. Once you sign up for eBill, you'll receive an email each month when your latest bill is ready.  Through My Account, you can sign up for eBill, view and print your monthly Shaw bill and modify your eBill settings.

To start, you will need to visit My Account to sign in or register.  If you do not yet have a My Account profile, please refer to Shaw My Account for additional information.

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. Click My Bills
  3. In the "eBill" section, click Set up
  4. Enter your email address in the field provided
  5. Click Save and a confirmation email will be sent to you

    Monthly eBill notifications

    Each month you will receive a notification to your email inbox. In this notification, you will be able to see information such as the invoice date, due date, and total current charges due.

     

    Additionally, there is an attached pdf in this email showing a detailed breakdown of your monthly invoice. In the email and the attached pdf, personal information such as your account number and service address are hidden for your privacy. This information can be seen when viewing your bill through My Account.

    Viewing your eBill
    1. Sign into My Account
    2. Click My Bills
    3. Within the Account History section, see "Bills" and click View Bill beside the month you want to view

    1. Sign into My Account
    2. Click My Bills
    3. Within the Account History section, see "Bills" and click beside the month you want to view
    4. Within the eBill, move your cursor to the top right corner to find the option for printing

    Print and export transaction history

    After selecting dates and generating a transaction list, you can now print your transaction list as a PDF or export it to PDF, CSV or Excel. To print or export your transaction history:

     

    1. Sign into My Account
    2. Click My Bills
    3. Within the Account History section, see "Bills" and set a date range for the time period that you want to view
      My Account > My Bills > Transactions
    4. Click Go
      My Account > My Bills > Transaction > Date Range

    5. To Print, select Print by clicking on the Print icon from the top right
    6. To export, click Export Data. You can export as a PDF, XLSX or CSV
      My Account > My Bills > Transactions > Export options

    Change eBill email address
    1. Sign into My Account
    2. Click My Bills
    3. In the "eBill" section, select Edit Email Address

    4. Enter the email address at which you would like to receive your Shaw bill
    5. Click Save

    Unsubscribe from eBill
    1. Sign into My Account
    2. Click My Bills
    3. Within the "eBill" section, select Unsubscribe from eBill
      unsubscribe from Shaw eBill
    4. Select Yes, stop eBill when prompted
