Overview

Shaw Easy Bill is the fast, easy and convenient way to handle your monthly bill statements online. This document will instruct you on how to sign up, unsubscribe and modify your Easy Bill settings. To start, you will need to log into your Customer Centre account. If you do not yet have a Customer Centre account please refer to the following document:

Unsubscribe from Easy Bill

Change or modify the email address your Easy Bill is sent to

 


Sign Up for Easy Bill

Follow these steps to set up Easy Billing, or check out the video below:

  1. Log into your Customer Centre account
  2. Click Bills and Payment
  3. Click Manage Paperless Billing
  4. Enter your Email Address in the field provided
  5. Click Submit

Unsubscribe from Easy Bill

You can unsubscribe from Easy Bill through your customer centre as well. Do do this:

  1. Log into your Customer Centre account
  2. Click Bills and Payment
  3. Click Manage Paperless Billing
  4. Click on Unsubscribe

Change Easy Bill Email Address

To change the email address that your Easy Bill is being sent to:

  1. Log into your Customer Centre account
  2. Click Bills and Payment
  3. Click Manage Paperless Billing
  4. Click on Edit Email Address
