Manage your Shaw email subscriptions / unsubscribe from announcements

 

It's easy to manage your subscriptions and announcements that you receive from Shaw. You can manage your subscriptions to the various announcements that Shaw makes by logging into My Account and changing your subscription settings. Follow the steps below to update your subscription activity.

 

How to manage email subscriptions and announcements from Shaw

In order to update your subscription and announcement messages from Shaw, you will first need to sign in to My Account. If have not yet registered for My Account, you can find more details here: Shaw Account Settings (My Account).

 

  1. Select Internet from the left side navigation menu
  2. Click Edit Display Name next to the email for which you would like to update the settings
  3. You will have the option to add a check mark in the conditions and then click Add Subscription 

 

My Account > Shaw Email Subscriptions

 

  1. If this email address is already subscribed, you will see the button for Unsubscribe

My Account > Unsubscribe from Subscriptions Option

 

  1. When done, click Update Email to save your changes.
