Access to all of your Shaw account

The My Shaw app has lots of great features to help you get the most out of your Shaw services. You can chat with tech support, pay your bills and manage your products, all in one place.

Home Screen

The home screen provides a summary of your services and account information:

  • Account number
  • Current balance
  • Link to view bill
  • Bill due date
  • Internet usage and link to manage Internet
  • Shaw Go WiFi devices and link to manage Shaw Go WiFi
  • FreeRange TV devices and link to manage TV

Billing

Through the My Shaw app, you can:

  • View your current bill
  • Make payments (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
  • View Previous Bills
  • See Transaction History
  • Manage Auto Payments
  • Manage eBill

Internet

With the My Shaw app, you have access to managing your Internet usage, plan, Shaw Go WiFi, and Email accounts.

 

View current and historical Internet usage

My Shaw App displays internet usage for both Download and Upload on the home screen and in the Internet section of the app.

  • Usage displays the current month and past billing periods
    • As with the My Shaw website, usage data is as of 48 hours ago
  • Upload, Download, and data limits are displayed

 

View plan details

Your internet plan is displayed on both the home screen and the Internet section of the app. 

 

Manage Shaw Go WiFi devices

As a Shaw Internet customer, you can access a huge network of super-fast WiFi locations all over your city for no additional cost. So you can stay connected, whether you're sipping a latte, waiting for a train, or even working out at the gym. Once you register your mobile devices on Shaw Go WiFi, they will connect automatically every time you enter a Shaw Go WiFi hotspot.

Manage Shaw Email Accounts

You can create and manage all of your email addresses on the account. Each Shaw internet service includes up to 10 email addresses.

  1. Tap Manage Internet under Internet
  2. Scroll down to Shaw Email Accounts
  3. Tap Manage Accounts

 

You can Change the Name, Password, and opt into messages from Shaw from this menu.

Tapping Remove Account will remove existing emails from your account.

TV

With Shaw FreeRange TV, you can watch live sports, on-demand shows, movies and much more on the go from multiple devices.

Learn more about Shaw FreeRange TV where you can also download kids' shows to keep your little ones entertained, allowing them to watch offline even when there isn’t a connection. It's an entirely new way of experiencing TV and it’s available to all Shaw TV customers for free.

  • View your channel list
  • Manage FreeRange TV devices

FreeRange TV

Using the My Shaw app, you can manage your FreeRange TV devices from anywhere.

  1. Tap the Manage FreeRange button
  2. Select your FreeRange TV Device
    • Tap Disable Parental Controls to reset Parental Controls settings
    • Tap Remove Device to deauthorize the device from your account
    • Tap Open to launch the Shaw FreeRange TV app

Account and other Features

Accessing the Account menu is different depending on your device

  • In iOS, Tap the More button
  • In Android, Tap the Menu Icon (≡) to open the side menu

 

In this additional menu, you will have access to:

  • Manage your Shaw IDs
  • Add additional accounts

 

Manage Shaw IDs

In the Shaw ID Settings you will have the following options:

  • Change Name - Change the name of the Shaw ID
  • Change Shaw ID - Switch to another Shaw ID account
  • Change Password - Update your password for security
  • Change Recovery Email Address - Backup in case your forget your account information

 

Add an Account

Under your account settings, you can add additional accounts to your My Shaw profile by entering the Account Number and Postal Code.
