The Admin Tool allows you to change various settings on the modem, everything from WiFi passwords to parental controls, and more advanced settings such as port forwarding. To access the Admin Tool:

To change the name or password for your WiFi network you will need to log into the modem admin tool, which will allow you to configure various settings related to your WiFi network.
If you choose to keep the same name for both networks, only one SSID will show up to your wireless devices. In this case, the advanced WIFi modem will use whichever band is more optimal for your device (2.4GHz or 5GHz).
|You can reset your Advanced WiFi modem through the Admin Tool. There are several different reset options available with this method, including: regular reset, WiFi module only, WiFi module and router, WiFi settings, and full factory reset. Resetting the modem may be helpful if you're having trouble getting online, or during various other troubleshooting scenarios.|
If you select the Restore Factory Settings option. this reset will delete all of your custom configurations, including any changes you made to your SSID, network password, and wireless channel settings.
