Having issues with the My Shaw app?

 

Use these tips to troubleshoot issues with the app. Once logged into the My Shaw app you can check your bill, set up auto payments, review your services and more.

The quickest and easiest way to check your current balance and make a payment on your Shaw account is through the My Shaw app. Payments via My Shaw (app or web) are instantly applied to your account.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with the My Shaw app, try the following troubleshooting options:

  1. Sign out of the app and sign in again.
  2. Sign into my.shaw.ca, change your password, and try signing into the app again.
  3. Delete the app and reinstall via the iTunes or Google Play store
