If you are experiencing issues with the My Shaw app, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Sign out of the app and sign in again
  2. Sign into my.shaw.ca, change your password, and try signing into the app again
  3. Delete the app and reinstall via the iTunes or Google Play store
