Synopsis of Event

Customers living in Vancouver will experience an interruption to their Cable services between the hours of Midnight and 6:00 am MT. Older Digital Cable boxes will enter hunt mode while they update the firmware. Most of digital boxes will complete this update within 15 minutes, however, Pace DCTs may take up to 2 hours.
