As of April 3, 2018, a system-wide upgrade will require you to use a Shaw ID to access your account. This Shaw ID serves as a single login for various Shaw services, such as:
- My Shaw
- Shaw Go WiFi
- FreeRange TV
- Other Shaw TV apps
This change does not affect your access to Shaw Webmail. You still sign in with your @shaw.ca email address normally. Learn more about how you can access your emails online from any computer at Understanding Shaw Webmail.
After you register your Shaw ID, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. This link is only valid for 48 hours.
After 48 hours, you will need to repeat the process to receive a new activation link.
