Synopsis of Event
- We are performing billing and account system maintenance between the hours of midnight and 8:00 am MT on May 14, 2018.
- Customers will be unable to process billing related tasks (i.e. bill payments or viewing account balance information) during this time.
- Call Centre agents will have limited access to account information, and will be unable to process billing related tasks during this time.
- This interruption is expected to last approximately eight hours. Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.
