Synopsis of Event

  • We are performing billing and account system maintenance between the hours of 11:00 pm on May 27 to 8:00 am on May 28, 2018 (times are MT).
  • Customers will be unable to process billing related tasks (i.e. bill payments or viewing account balance information) during this time.
  • Call Centre agents will have limited access to account information, and will be unable to process billing related tasks during this time.
  • This interruption is expected to last approximately six hours. Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.
