Cause

This error may occur when a selected On Demand or Pay-Per-View title is no longer available. This can include titles that are on your Favourites list that are no longer available in our On Demand library.

Troubleshooting tips

To troubleshoot this error:

  1. You can confirm if the title is still available in our catalogue by accessing http://vod.shaw.ca and searching for the title.

    • If you cannot find the title here it is no longer available for ordering or playback in the On Demand library.

    • If the title is still available, perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  2. Power cycle the main TV Player (XG1v3 or XG1v4).

    • Disconnect the power cable and then reconnect it after 10 seconds

  3. Once the picture has been restored on your TV Player, power cycle Portal (XiD)s on any other TVs displaying this error.
    • Disconnect the power cable and then reconnect it after 10 seconds.
  4. Try playing the selected title again.
  5. If the error still occurs, speak with a support representative.
