How to view past bills

Through my.shaw.ca you can manage your Shaw billing including reviewing your past Shaw bills and updating your payment preferences. With My Shaw, you can view past bills of up to six months, which allows you to keep track of your billing history with Shaw.

View past bills

Follow these steps to view your past Shaw bills via My Shaw:

 

  1. Once you have signed in to My Shaw, click My Bills on the navigation bar at left.
  2. By default, your last month of bills will display under your current balance.
  3. Select the options on the "Transactions" menus to change the date range of bills being displayed.
  4. To see more information about previous bills, click View Bill next to the bill listed in the left column. Shaw My Shaw > Account History
