Through My Account you can view past bills of up to six months, which allows you to keep track of your billing history with Shaw.


My Account Registration

If you have not yet registered for My Account, you can find more information on how to set up your account at the following link: My Account Registration / Recovery


View Past Bills

  1. Once you have signed in to My Account, click My Bills on the navigation bar at left
  2. By default, your last month of bills will display under your current balance
  3. Select the options on the "Transactions" menus to change the date range of bills being displayed
  4. To see more information about previous bills, click View Bill next to the bill listed in the left column
