How to view past bills

Through my.shaw.ca you can manage your Shaw billing including reviewing your past Shaw bills and updating your payment preferences. With My Shaw, you can view past bills of up to 6 months, which allows you to keep track of your billing history with Shaw.

You can view past bills and your current bill status using the My Shaw app?  Download the My Shaw app on the iTunes App Store or get it on Google Play for your Android device.

 

My Shaw registration

If you have not yet registered for My Shaw, you can find more information on how to set up your account at the following link: My Shaw Registration / Recovery.

 

Sign in to My Shaw. Recover your password by clicking "Forgot your Shaw ID or Password?"

View past bills

Follow these steps to view your past Shaw bills via My Shaw:

 

  1. Once you have signed in to My Shaw, click My Bills on the navigation bar at left.
  2. By default, your last month of bills will display under your current balance.
  3. Select the options on the "Transactions" menus to change the date range of bills being displayed.
  4. To see more information about previous bills, click View Bill next to the bill listed in the left column.
