A Canada Post labour disruption could happen as early as October 22, 2018. This means that delivery of your paper bill could be delayed or interrupted. To avoid billing related service delays, ensure to make payment by the due date even if you do not receive a bill in the mail.
Sign up for eBill to receive email notifications each month when your bill is ready. You can also sign up for My Shaw to view and pay your bill and manage your services any time online at my.shaw.ca or use the My Shaw app.

Sign Up for eBill
Shaw eBill is the fast, easy and convenient way to handle your monthly bill statements online. Through My Shaw, you can sign up for eBilling as well as unsubscribe and modify your eBill settings. To start, you will need to log in to My Shaw. If you do not yet have a My Shaw profile please refer to the following document: Shaw Account Settings (My Shaw)
- Sign in to My Shaw
- Click My Bills
- Within the "eBill" section, select Set Up
- Enter your email address in the field provided
- Click Save
