Shaw is committed to providing the best service to our customers, and while we'd like to be able to help you will all of your troubleshooting needs, in some cases the issue may be a non-Shaw issue and as such your best bet is to reach out to the brand or manufacturer of your software or hardware to fix your issue. To enable our customers to have a consistent, positive experience, we are always happy to support Shaw-specific products/services. If challenges arise with a device/service that Shaw did not provide, it will always be best to speak with the experts on those devices/services.

 

We have compiled a list of third-party support resources to assist you with your troubleshooting needs.

Email Client support

To test if you can successfully send & receive an email:

 

  1. Log into Shaw Webmail
  2. Send an email to yourself. If you receive the email, your Shaw email account is functional. You will need to contact your email client for further assistance. See the table below for links to support sites for common email clients.
