Scenario: You have received your first bill from Shaw and it appears to be higher than what you were expecting.
Your first bill may be higher than expected as a result of equipment rentals, changes in service, or programming additions such as on-demand and pay-per-view content. You can see your account balance through your My Shaw account.
From My Shaw, you can view your account balance within the My Bills section. By default, your last months of bills will display under your current balance.
