Scenario: You are experiencing issues with your TV and are unable to see the guide. You feel that this could be a result of recently watching Netflix, or a Blu-Ray or DVD on the TV and the Input had been changed.)
- Find your TV remote control (this may or may not be the Shaw remote control) and locate the Input button. It will be labeled as INPUT, SOURCE or TV/VIDEO, depending on the brand.
- Scroll through the list of available inputs on your TV by pressing the Input button.
- Select the correct input. (You will know when the picture returns on your TV)
