Scenario: You are trying to tune into a channel but are getting a subscription required message when attempting to tune into the channel. The cause is a result of this channel is not part of your current TV package or was previously part of a free preview.
- You can check your TV package to confirm your channel availability by signing into My Shaw and selecting TV from the My Services option from the top menu.
- View your channels from the My channels section of the page.
