Scenario: Your Internet connection appears to be not working or you keep losing your connection. You are looking for ways to troubleshoot issues with your Internet connection.

Quick Answer:

  1. Check Shaw service alerts for your area.
  2. Unplug your Internet modem, wait 30 seconds and then plug it in again. Try your Internet connection to see if it is more consistent.
  3. Reposition your modem or remove any physical obstructions (if possible) from blocking the modem from sending a WiFi signal.
