Scenario: You cannot log in to your Shaw.ca email address because you have forgotten your password, or you simply want to change your email or Webmail password for security reasons.
- Sign into My Shaw
- Click My Services > Internet from the menu at the top and scroll down to the Email Accounts section
- Click Edit next to the email account
- Enter your new password in the provided fields. Your password must score "Okay" or better to be accepted. Enter your password a second time for confirmation
- Click Update to save your new email password.
