Synopsis of Event

Account services will be under maintenance, impacting the myshaw.ca website, the MyShaw app, Shaw on Demand services, and our representatives' ability to access account and billing information, makings changes to accounts, or adding or removing equipment. The interruption of these services will occur between 1:00 am and 7:00 am MT. This interruption is expected to last approximately six and a half hours. Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.
