Learn how to setup Active Time Alerts with BlueCurve Home. An Active Time Alert provides awareness of how long a profile is active on your home network, to help your family promote healthy Internet usage habits. When enabled, you will be notified when a profile's devices have been active on the home network for the amount of time you choose.

Setup Active Time Alerts with BlueCurve Home
  1. Open BlueCurve Home (mobile app or web portal).
  2. Select the Profile you'd like to set an Active Time Alert for.
  3. Scroll down and select Edit next to Active Time Alert.

BlueCurve Home app: Profile Settings > Active Time Alert

  4. Choose Weekdays and/or Weekends, and then set the length of time. For example, we can set an alert for 1 hours of active time on weekdays, and 3 hours of active time on weekends.

  5. Select Apply Changes, and you're all set! Details for this Active Time Alert will now appear on the Profile page.
