Synopsis of Event

Account services will be under maintenance, impacting the MyShaw website & App, Shaw on Demand services, and our representatives' ability to access account and equipment information. The interruption of these services will occur between 10:30 pm and 5:00 am MT. This interruption is expected to last approximately six and a half hours. Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.
