It's convenient and easy to manage every aspect of your Shaw services using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) and the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)

 

 

Manage your Shaw services using the My Shaw website

To manage your services using the My Shaw website:

 

  1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Click My Services and select a service (eg. Internet, TV, or Phone) to manage from the dropdown menu.

 

From there, you can view plan details and usage stats, make changes to the service, or cancel the service.

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. On the Home screen, tap Manage Internet, Manage TV, or Manage Phone.
