You can view your current balance due for services using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)

To view your current balance due using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Bills and scroll down to Account Overview to find your current balance and due date.

To view your current balance due using the My Shaw app.

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.

Your current balance and due date will be displayed at the top of the screen.

The quickest and easiest way to check your current balance and make a payment on your Shaw account is through the My Shaw app - these payments are instantly applied to your account. The My Shaw app is the easiest way to chat with support, pay your bills and manage your Shaw products. Get it on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
