You can view your current balance due for services using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

To view your current balance due using the My Shaw website:
- Visit my.shaw.ca.
- Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
- Click My Bills and scroll down to Account Overview to find your current balance and due date.

To view your current balance due using the My Shaw app.
- Open the My Shaw app.
- Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
Your current balance and due date will be displayed at the top of the screen.
