If you have multiple Shaw accounts, you can link them to one Shaw ID to manage them more easily. You can add additional accounts using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw app.

How to add multiple accounts

To add another account using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Log in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Profile and scroll down the My accounts
    • If viewing in a small window, click the ☰ button (top left) to access the menu.
  4. Click Add account.
  5. Enter the account number and postal code for the account you want to link.
  6. Click Save.

To add another Shaw account using the My Shaw app:

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap the menu icon:
    • On an Apple device, tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.
    • On an Android device, tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner

  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Enter the account number and postal code for the account you want to link.
  5. Tap Add Account.

How to switch accounts

To switch between accounts using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Log in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click the drop-down menu at the top right (next to your name). 
    • If viewing in a small window, click the ☰ button (top left) to access the menu.
  4. Click the next drop-down menu beside Account Name (XXXX).
    • If viewing in a small window, click the profile icon at the top right.
  5. Your account(s) are listed. Click the one you want to view.

To switch between accounts using the My Shaw app:

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap the menu icon:
    • On an Apple device, tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.
    • On an Android device, tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner

  3. Tap the drop-down arrow next to your account name. (or you can tap on "Manage Accounts" to see how many accounts you have set up).
  4. Your account(s) are listed. Tap the one you'd like to view.

How to change your default account

To change your default account using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Log in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Profile and scroll down the My accounts
    • If viewing in a small window, click the ☰ button (top left) to access the menu.
  4. Click Edit next to the account you want as your default.
  5. Check Set as primary, then click Save.

To change your default account using the My Shaw app:

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap the menu icon:
    • On an Apple device, tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.
    • On an Android device, tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner

  3. Tap Manage accounts.
  4. Tap the account you want as your default.
  5. Tap Make Default.
