How to change language options on home phone Voicemail

In this article, you will find information on how to change your voicemail service from the default English to the language option of your choice. Customers who are setting up their voicemail for the first time will be asked upon setup which language they prefer as part of the activation process.

How to change the language options on Voicemail

To change the language of your voicemail:

  1. Lift the receiver and press *98 to access your voicemail services main menu
  2. Press 3 for personal options
  3. Press 7 for language options
  4. Select your language preference by pressing the corresponding button

Voicemail services are available in the following languages:
English (Press 1)
French (Press 2)
Punjabi (Press 3)
Mandarin (Press 4)
Cantonese (Press 5)
