Select Shaw Go as your provider and then enter your preferred sign in information. Users can sign in using their My Account profile, Shaw email address and password, or Shaw Direct account number and password.

What is Hollywood Suite GO?

Hollywood Suite GO (HSGO) is a video streaming service that makes it possible for you to access great Hollywood Suite movies on your mobile devices and web browser. If you are a current Hollywood Suite subscriber and your television service provider supports HSGO, you can enjoy unlimited access to our great selection of movies on your Android mobile phone and tablet, Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad and web browser.



What platforms or devices is Hollywood Suite GO available on?

Hollywood Suite GO is currently available via native iOS and Android apps through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and on your web browser at hsgo.ca. Hollywood Suite GO is compatible on Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad running iOS 6 and above, Android mobile phones and tablets running version 4 and above, and your favourite web browser.



Do I need to subscribe to Hollywood Suite to watch movies on Hollywood Suite GO?

Yes, you need an active subscription to Hollywood Suite via a participating Television Service Provider.



Is there any additional charge for using Hollywood Suite GO?

No. Hollywood Suite GO is free with your subscription to Hollywood Suite. If you are an active subscriber to Hollywood Suite through your Television Service Provider, your monthly fee includes access to Hollywood Suite GO. Hollywood Suite GO uses an internet connection so cellular data and internet usage charges may apply.



How many devices can I sign into at once?

Subscribers to Hollywood Suite can be logged in on up to five (5) devices at a time (including web browsers).



How does Watchlist work?

The Watchlist helps you keep track of Hollywood Suite films you’d like to watch at a later time.


To add a movie to your Watchlist, tap the thumbnail of the film for more details. On the details screen, tap the “plus” sign to add the movie to your Watchlist. Make sure you watch them before they expire! If you have enabled “Push Notifications” in the settings (the Gear icon), you will be notified if an item on your Watchlist is due to expire soon.


To remove an item from your Watchlist, perform the same steps as above, but tap on the “minus” sign.
