XRE-08006"Something's not quite right. Let's try restarting your TV Box, which can often fix common issues."
XRE-06004"Something's not quite right. Sorry, we're having trouble with your request. Please give us a few minutes and try again."
XRE-00088"Sorry, we’re having some trouble. We’ve run into a problem that may be fixed by restarting your set-top box. Please wait a few minutes then press ok to restart."

How to power cycle your BlueSky TV Box

To troubleshoot some of the error codes, try power cycling the BlueSky TV box (PVR):

 

  1. Power cycle the device (unplug the BlueSky TV box from the power outlet or power bar)
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Plug the device back in
  4. Wait for the BlueSky TV box to display the current time
  5. Turn the BlueSky TV box on
