Hi,

I can't get in the specific website with wifi in my home

i tried with both of the Chrome and Explorer.

it is the Lifemiles.com 

how can i get in this website?

even though my mobile phone does not work. 

I can get in with my 4G but not wifi connection

Hey heyen111,

That is certainly odd. It may be a setting on your modem that is causing issues. I'd recommend completing a factory reset with the steps here. Once it has been reset, you will need to complete the setup steps here. If you continue to experience issues in reaching the website, your best bet is to touch base with technical support so they may take a further look.
