Thank you for reaching out! There may be several reasons why you are noticing slower speeds. It may be a device limitation or WiFi interference. I'd recommend trying some of the steps here to optimize your WiFi experience. Are you noticing the slow speeds on all wireless devices or just one? Please test on multiple devices at speedtest.shaw.ca and let me know how it goes after trying some of the troubleshooting steps above.
