I call already the shaw to take out the netflix charge of my accout because we are not using netflix we just watching most of the time youtube. And they said for sure you will not see this anymore so, the next billing we perfect its not there anymore ! But the next next billing there is $20.99 again what the heck are you kidding me? I dont know it feels me annoying but maybe the best thing if i will still see and i paid it already its time to switch to another provider. Hopefully it catch and attention your maybe if some customer relate on me thanks.
