I returned multiple pieces of shaw equipment. I received an email saying thank you for returning one piece, but the remainder haven't been included. They were all in the same box. Why is only 1 confirmed?

Can you logon to the My Shaw Portal, and click to the "Transactions", to show all debits/credits for the current month?
Does it show one credit per device, or one credit that spans all the devices?
