Mobile / Landline mirroring

We have poor to no cell phone coverage at our home and are dependent on WIFI calling to/from there.  We have found this to be unreliable.  Frequently our phones (iphone 7 and 12) will stop being able to make or recieve calls even though other devices continue to work fine.  Doing a network reset on the device seems to fix the problem until it happens again.  I have spoken with Apple and Rogers (mobility provider) and it does not seem like this is an issue that can be solved.

So we are thinking of getting a landline for our home.  Instead of having a 3rd telephone number, I'm wondering if it is possible to have the landline use one or both of our mobile numbers.

@RDG22  No, you can’t use your mobile number for both. You could set your mobile phones to call forward to your landline when you are home. You could also look in to cell phone boosters.

Luckily, Rogers will be partnering with Starlink to use their satellite service when people are out of range. Unfortunately, this won’t be for a couple of years.

@RDG22 -- are you resetting the cable-modem?  Maybe, it needs to be replaced (at no cost to you) ?!

Can you ask a Shaw Agent to remotely logon to your cable-modem, to view the "signal-strength" reaching it, because poor signal-strength will cause issues.
