I have several email addresses but my primary email address is not in the list? how can I correct this.

Its the list of email addresses. Listed under services. I have 8 but only 7 were listed. So I had no access to the 8th and changing the pw etc. or deleting it if I wanted to. I contacted tech support and was online for more than one hour and that person didn't fix it. Later went online agin and got another tech and they fixed it in a few minutes. I've had it happen before.
