I can't access my shaw email accounts and can't access them via webmail either. When I try to sign in it says Invalid email or password, when I try to reset password it sends verification code to my shaw email that I can't access. Can't contact shaw as there are no agents at this time until tomorrow. I'm hoping that shaw email is just experiencing an interruption? Anyone else have this? Help?

I was able to "reset password" via shaw app on my phone - now when I try to login via webmail it says:
HTTP ERROR 400
Problem accessing /service/preauth. Reason:
account is not active
@cj_olson -- I see that Shaw will have another major outage in two days:

So, was it possible that there was a similar "overnight" outage early today (July 26, 2021) that prevented Shaw Agents from assisting any customer?
