Line laying across my yard.

On Jan 13th while it was -50 the internet was down in our entire part of the city. When they came to work on it the line fell and they came to our door and told us it was too cold and they would be back when it warmed up to fix it. It’s been almost 4 months 

How do  I reach someone to fix this. It’s across our sidewalk and restricts access to our yard.

@DonJovi -- Or, given the possibility that some of those lines may carry electricity, I would call "911", and them to call BC Hydro (if you're in BC) to come and assess the danger.

Almost 4 months of "minus-50" weather?  Brrrr.  😞
