The moment you send a crew for a problem YOU should post an Otage situation.  I have been in touch via chat with two of you people. Yea that give me an INC number but it means nothing even when i try to find about it. Be more professional.  Very frustrated and dissatisfied

When you contact a Shaw Advisor, tell them that INC number, and they can use that tracking-number to view the progress, and give you an update.
