My sound cuts out on recordings, on all modems, but not at the same time one will have sound when the other cuts out, or both can have sound. Now you have heard of it a number of times. Unplugging is of no help. Sorry I can't lip read.
Shaw should take full blame for its their problem we are technology fix it
Have the same problem on recorded programs. I found a solution though, we switched to TELUS.
