Blue Curve is cutting out

I recently upgraded from Gateway to Blue Curve and the system seems far less stable. it has been cutting in and out since I got it, but this morning, it has been cutting out relentlessly. It seems far less stable than previous versions. Does this seem right or is there a problem?

I found my setup to be very stable.

Try resetting your router. 
Contact tech support directly. They can ping your modem and check it. You may need a service call.
