@drochers -- if Shaw demands you to return it, be sure that they provide a prepaid shipping-label, so that you can box it up, and get Canada Post to ship it, at Shaw's cost, to Shaw's "anti-COVID sanitation" centre. Keep the tracking-number that Canada Post provides, to prove to Shaw, if asked, that you have shipped it. Currently, you cannot return the cable-box to any Shaw retail store-front.
