SportsNet app and TSN app with Shaw logins

Hi there,

 

I am subbed to all Sports channel but for what reason the past month when I login into the Sportsnet and TSN apps on mobile and TV apps it says I am not subscribed. I tried calling Shaw they said its a Sportsnet and TSN issue but they says its Shaw. No one is helping me as they pin it on the other. Please advise.

@mad90 -- when you try to logon to SportsNet (or TSN), you must enter your Shaw ID & password. Those credentials are sent to Shaw, to query if you are subscribed to the SportsNet (or TSN) TV channels. Shaw's server either returns "yes" or "no" to this authorization request.  If Shaw's server incorrectly returns a "no", then it is Shaw's problem. Get Shaw to review your entitlements for your Shaw TV account, and to "refresh" (or "reprovision") them, so that the correct response (namely "yes") is returned to SportsNet (or TSN).

I believe that the log-in through TSN and Rogers Sportsne...

I believe that the log-in through TSN and Rogers Sportsnet has to be identical to the one that you use to log-in through your my.shaw.ca account
