My tv just went blank no picture & sound but the channel guide shows, been an hour now. What's going on?
Sorry for the troubles you're experiencing there. Do you have more than one TV and if so, is this only happening on one TV? Have you tried powercycling your cable box yet (disconnect power for 5 to 10 seconds)? Let me know if that doesn't work.
We've had similar problems, starting last night when it claimed we needed to subscribe to some of the basic channels. Seemed fine this morning but when I turned it on again just now, EVERY channel except the one I'd had on previously gave the "to subscribe to this channel ...". I unplugged everything and it worked fine. For about 5 minutes. Now neither TV admits to being able to find a Gateway.
And have now been on hold for over 18 minutes after hearing the "average wait time 8 - 14 minutes". Obviously big widespread problems, but of course nothing posted on your home page!
Sorry you've had these problems. We're not having any general issues with the Gateway at the moment. Since you've already tried resetting from your end I'd like to take a look at this from my side.
