what do I do because when I put my tv on there is a message that says portal loading failed
Unplug the power to the Gateway and plug back in, wait 5 minutes, unplug power to the Portal and plug it back in
Hey email@example.com, are you still getting the message portal loading failed? Did pulling the power cord to the portal resolve this? If it's still happening, did you reconnect the coaxial cable from the portal to the wall outlet? And is this on just one portal or more than one?
