Starting a few days ago, both HD cable boxes in my home have had issues with several channels. The channels display a "one moment please, this channel will available shortly" message along with error code s0a00. The same selection of channels are out on both cable boxes, but a few channels are still available.
After poking around, it looks like the issue is with signal strength. I've rebooted both devices a bunch of times, and I went as far as plugging one of the cable boxes directly into the cable feed for the house and bypassing all splitters and I'm still getting the same issues on the same channels.
Apparently the next available technician appointment isn't for 13 days, I'm really hoping someone can offer assistance without having to wait that length of time.
