Channel 54 said not authorized. I tried resetting the modem but to no avail. Is it part of the bundle with channels 22 and 23? They seem to be working just fine. Please help. Thanks.
I'm going to guess that channel 54 is Sportsnet 360 in your region? That channel was actually on free preview for the month of October, so it may very well be in a package that you don't currently have on the account if it's not working anymore. It's not in all the same packages as the other Sportsnet Channels (which are part of the base package).
I'm also going to assume that if you are no longer getting it, you have the Personal TV package -- since it's not included in it -- so you can take a look here under "Download the Personal TV channel lineup" to see what the applicable package is you would need to add.
