I came down this morning to see the box saying "fp99" and when i turned on the TV it says "flashing progress 99%" I can watch tv but the video is really choppy. How do I fix this?
HD Guide PVRs went through a firmware update early last night, your PVR may not have updated properly yet. Can you please powercycle your PVR (disconnect power for 10-20 seconds), then allow another 30 minutes for the update. If your PVR is still not working after that time please be sure to let me know here.
