I have the guide but no video or audio What do I do?
What happens when you select a channel? Any error message on screen?
What colours? Anything different on the front of your terminal?
We can help you get that fixed. What kind of cable box have you got? Have you already tried removing the power for 30 seconds? As kevinds asked, are you seeing an error message on the screen, and can you see the channel numbers changing on the front of the cable box when you use the remote?

It is a Motorola box with nothing but a yellow light on the front. I have unplugged the box a couple of time. There is no error message. Except for having no picture or sound, eveything else seems normal. The channel guide, once it reboots works fine, the listing are all there and appear at the bottom of the screen when you select a channel, but nothing else.
