error has occured during playback-new gateway

I am experiencing also the error has occurred during playback whenever we pause live TV for more than 10 minutes.  Resetting either the receiver itself or the Gateway does bring back the picture but we lose the content we were recording (or pausing)   This has occurred numerous times over the last 2 days.
